All listings are curated in partnership with licensed local operators worldwide.
Our Platform facilitates discovery, comparison, and secure booking. However, Globe Trailz itself does not own or operate the physical tours, transport, or accommodations. We act as an intermediary, connecting travelers with third-party service providers (“Operators”). Each booking creates a direct contractual relationship between you and the Operator, subject to the Operator’s own terms.
4. Booking Process and Confirmation
To book any experience on Globetrailz.online, select your preferred dates, participants, and add-ons, then proceed to checkout. You will receive an instant confirmation email containing your booking reference, itinerary summary, and important travel documents.
All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation by the Operator. In rare cases where a booking cannot be honored, Globe Trailz will work with you to offer suitable alternatives or a full refund. Prices displayed on the Platform are in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Globe Trailz reserves the right to correct pricing or availability errors even after confirmation.
5. Payments, Pricing, and Fees

7. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree to use Globetrailz.online only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. Prohibited activities include:

- Harassing other users or Operators
- Transmitting viruses or harmful code
- Collecting data without authorization

Respect local customs, environmental guidelines, and Operator rules during your journey. Any damage caused by you to property or persons may result in liability claims and account suspension.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on Globetrailz.online—including text, images, logos, itineraries, and software—is the exclusive property of Globe Trailz or its licensors and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial travel planning. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.
User-generated content (reviews, photos) becomes the property of Globe Trailz upon submission, with you granting us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it across our channels while crediting you where feasible.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Globe Trailz for the relevant booking in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, injuries, illness, or losses caused by Operators, weather, strikes, acts of God, or your own negligence. Travel at your own risk.
11. Indemnification

Any disputes arising from or related to your use of Globetrailz.online shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
